Expert usability reviews
The usability website review will:
- Provide a thorough analysis of your website’s usability strengths and weaknesses; and
- Offer specific recommendations on how to increase its usability.
You will receive a report, written in plain English that highlights the problem areas of your site, detailing areas that your visitors/customers are likely to experience problems. It will also point out the good, so that these are not removed.
The usability review will look at the following key areas:
- Navigation & site architecture
- Ease of information retrieval
- Content
- Design and layout
Once the usability website review report is complete, I will make a short presentation of the main findings of the report to you usually by telephone.
It is highly recommended that you review your website on a regular basis to ensure you are maintaining high standards of usability over time as it changes and grows. We can also arrange ongoing support for your website where I will review new/amended areas of your site.
